Kingston State Park is a beautiful addition to New Hampshire's wide array of state parks. This park is ideal because it is close to many different attractions. For example, it is only 14 miles away from the coast, and right next door to Canobie Lark Park, antique malls and many restaurants. It is most definitely the place to go when you are visiting New Hampshire's beautiful state parks.

Locations, hours and admission

Kingston State Park is located at 124 Main Street, Kingston, New Hampshire. The park is open weekends beginning May 18th and opens full-time June 18th through September 5th. It is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to sunset and weekends from 8:30am to sunset. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for children.

Activities and amenities

There are bathrooms and picnic tables available on site. There is also swimming, fishing, hiking, canoeing and kayaking. Although the park does not offer campsites, it is still a great place to go for the day. Take a swim or catch some fish while you are visiting Kingston State Park. Afterwards, head into town and stay the night nearby, or eat at one of the amazing local restaurants.
